FINAWAX Erucamide is an excellent release agent for all polyolefins used in rotational and injection moulding, such as, pp syringes, furniture compounds, automobile compounds and other polyolefin compounds.

Thermal cracked PE Wax (Polyethylene Wax) is a polyethylene homopolymer wax produced by thermal cracking. In this process, the high molecular weight polyethylene chains are broken down into lower molecular through the application of heat and catalysts. Thermal cracked PE Wax has a lower molecular weight, improved flexibility and better compatibility with other material. It costs lower than same characteristic pe wax with higher transparency.

Polyethylene wax (PE Wax) is a low molecular weight polyethylene polymer which is synthesized from ethylene under polymerization reaction conditions. It can improve product performance in various applications due its versatility, such as lubricant for plastic products, brightener for plastic products, dispersant for color pigments, releasing agent for mold produces plastic products, also provides better texture for various products.

Micronized PE Wax is made by air jet milling or spray chilling, and it can be widely used in industrial coating, wood coating, inks, which has average particle size in micrometer. It can improve surface properties, such as scratch resistance, abrasion resistance and matting.

Oxidized polyethylene wax is also known as OPE, is obtained by oxidation of polyethylene wax. Its molecules have polar groups like carbonyl groups and hydroxyl groups, a property which increases the compatibility with fillers, pigments, and polar resins. OPE can be used as an internal lubricant and external lubricant. Currently Qingdao East International Corp. has LDPE OPE Wax – EP629 and HDPE OPE Wax – EP316. They are both oxidized by thermal cracking PE wax.

Fishcher Tropsch Wax (FT Wax) is a synthetic wax that are produced form natural gas and air using fishcher-tropsch process. Fishcher tropsch wax consists of straight chain, saturated high carbon alkanes with a relative molecular mass of 500-1000. It has five crystal structure, with high melting point, low viscosity and excellent hardness. FT wax can be used as lubricants and mold release agents in plastic processing, and a dispersion for textile auxiliary agent. In printing ink and varnishes, they are used to improve abrasion resistance. It also used in manufacture of hot melt adhesives, metalworking and bitumen modification.

With its excellent comprehensive physical properties and good compatibility with PVC, CPE 135A is mainly used as impact modifier in rigid PVC products, such as PVC door and PVC window profile, U-PVC sewage pipes, PVC panels, PVC conduits, PVC extrusion board, Iaminate, etc.

Polyolefin Elastomers (POE) have extremely low crystallinity, narrow molecular weight distribution, and uniform distribution on their short branches, making them a high-performance polyolefin elastomer. In terms of physical properties, this polymer exhibits better transparency, elasticity, softness, lower density, odorlessness, low glass brittleness temperature, good tolerance for inorganic fillers, and low hardness, making it widely used in various industries.

Polypropylene wax (PP wax) is a relatively low molecular weight polymer of propylene. Currently Qingdao East International Corp. has PP-160, molecular weight can be between 5000 and 15000 with 160℃ melting point. It can be used as lubricant for nylon wire extrusion to prevent rupture during manufacture process. PP wax has higher melting point than PE wax, therefore, its suitable for higher temperature manufacture process.

Ethylene Bis Streamside Wax (EBS) is a dispersing agent or internal/external lubricant in plastic application to facilitate and stabilize the dispersion of solid compounding materials to enhance processability, to decrease friction and abrasion of polymer surface. It is also used as release agent and antistatic agent for the production of thermoplastic wiring.
